Neil replied promptly to my request for help and came round soon afterwards to examine a failed ceiling light and give me the reasons. - [to help with guarantee replacement.] He affixed a new central ceiling light and replaced all the halogen lights in the bathroom with led lights to an excellent finish. It is great to have Neil as an electrician as he is very knowledgeable and can explain any problems and challenges that lighting can throw up! Neil is a fastidious and trustworthy professional. I highly recommend him.
