He took the time to explain in detail what was faulty. He also recommended brands if we were to get a replacement. Tom went above and beyond, giving a lot of advice that wouldn't in any way benefit him. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.”

He quickly discovered the problem with our fridge/freezer and gave us very helpful, honest advice about the pros and cons of paying for a repair Vs a full new replacement.
