Totally worth it!
I highly recommend CEIBA Renewables Ltd. from Glasgow. From the planning stage through to the final installation, the experience was excellent. They used only high‑quality products, and when an issue arose, they found a suitable solution immediately. The craftsmanship was outstanding — a perfect job carried out by skilled and proud workers. Their manners were exemplary, and the site was cleaned and tidied at the end of each day. The after‑sales support has also been outstanding. I paid exactly what was quoted — not a penny more. Definitely worthwhile, and I would choose them again.

Additional solar and Tesla PW3 and expansion
Fantastic company, I was recommended from a friend who had used Ceiba previously. Right from the initial consultation to fulfilment of the project the team have been brilliant. A live meeting to discuss my requirements followed by a quote and site survey, once agreed a timeframe was put into place which was followed to the letter. The installation team where on site on time and nothing was to much trouble for them. Highly recommend Ceiba Renewables

Full 30kw solar and 3x tesla battery install
Have used these guys years ago at my home and decided to try them for a bigger project at my business and have to say from start to finish these guys were exceptional at explaining every part of the installation and working around my business needs, I would always recommend using reputable companies like Ceiba Renewables for solar. Definitely be using you guys for our next installation.

Seamless and faultless from start to finish
If buying solar panels and a battery. I wanted the best and having researched to find the best of both Ceiba was the only local company who could supply and fit. From the start their approach was highly professional and no pressure was applied. Their initial survey was by far the most detailed and after the quotation was accepted they applied for connection for feedback of power and did not proceed till this was approved. The pre-instillation survey, included a drone survey, underfloor and attic inspection of the house. Installation of panels and battery and water heater connection was completed in less than 3 days. Chris, Peter ( panel installers), Simon and Scott were all very professional, efficient, obliging at all times. All that remains is for me to learn all about the apps that control the battery and water heater but Simon and Scott have got me to the stage that I am confident of having power during a planned power outage by our power supplier next week

Ceiba Renewables Ltd the company who do the work you hope you’re going to get!
Ceiba Renewables replaced an inverter a few years ago, the third company and finally a trustworthy one. So Ceiba was my first choice was when the solar panels stopped working every time it rained until they dried out and a plague of pigeons nesting under the solar panels were fouling the sunroom glazing and the patio. After checking the market, I found Ceiba to be competitive. Duncan and William patiently worked through my concerns about the previous company’s exploding inverter and work was agreed to install self-extinguishing wiring in the attic and high quality replacement panels. I would like to make special mention of Chris and Peter, who uncomplainingly removed unexpected dead decaying pigeon. They also replaced broken tiles and cleaned the gutter as well as adding the planned pigeon proofing and replacing an ancient skylight. The wrong cable had been sent, so William drove over with the self-extinguishing type. Duncan provided a necessary lesson in accessing the online statistics. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure the work was completed on time with everything removed to be recycled, so you wouldn’t know they’d been there. It’s a delight to see a clean patio every morning, as well as the increase in solar generation. The whole team are as pleasant to have around as they are competent. I cannot praise them highly enough. You can feel confident that you will be choosing a company with integrity. I recommend Ceiba Renewables unreservedly.

Efficient, neat, thorough.
Ceiba installed solar panels and a powerwall on our 1980s house.It was done in the planned time-frame and very neatly installed. The panels and powerwall look like top-quality hardware. They helped me get the Tesla app up and running on my 'phone and checked our Myenergi car charger was integrated into the system. Just a week in now but it all seems to be working perfectly without us having to think about it and I feel confident I could call them if I have any questions or difficulties. Their staff were polite efficient and approachable. Post job they have sent me a well-organised pack with all the warranty details partially completed by them therefore making it easy for me to add my info. and take the final steps I need to register. Very glad we found Ceiba for this project and have no hesitation in recommending them. They will install good kit in the proper fashion.

Installation of solar panels and battery
Ceiba provided an excellent installation service. Our house is old with a tricky inaccessible attic but this seemed to prove no problem at all. The team were tenacious in finding solutions and explained everything brilliantly. They were expert, friendly, respectful and skilled. Although a big job, both inside and out, the disruption was minimal and everything was left in good order. Connection with our wifi proved difficult but the problems were overcome and since installation our panels and battery have functioned perfectly and have generated far more energy than we would have expected in dull Glasgow. I have already recommended Ceiba without reserve to friends and colleagues.

The most professional teams
I cannot rate Ceiba highly enough. From the very first contact to completion… just the very best people to be dealing with! ( oooh and just as an aside , every home should have a Tesla battery installed by bills have reduced by about 80% …. Might be a lot different in winter though ?) Anyway Ceiba are highly recommend!

Highly recommend
Retrofit of a Tesla Powerwall after installation by Ceiba of solar panels. Cannot add anything that has not been previously said. We live on an island and apart from a few problems with ferry travel for solar panel installation last August, we found them to be; professional, punctual, very knowledgeable and helpful. All credit to their teams.

Powerwall Installation to three-phase supply
Very professional approach from first enquiry to project close out. Kept informed at every stage of the job. No surprises. Installation of a Powerwall/gateway unit into a three-phase system already with 11kW solar PV array went smoothly in the two day time frame quoted. Top quality installation in terms of neatness and materials used. Commissioning glitch solved in a timely manner by remoted access. All diagrams and manuals received at project close out. Refreshing to work with this standard of customer service.

Outstanding Service
Ceiba planned, installed and commissioned solar PV and battery storage for us. The planning, survey and information were carried out meticulously. I then received a planned schedule for three days complete the work. This was all carried out exactly as planned. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered quickly and honestly. Simon, Mark, and the roofing boys worked well, with attention to detail and minimal disruption. In addition, the site was tidied up every day. There were no issues and Simon helped me set up the system, showing me operation of the software and app. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent from Enquiry to Post-Install
Some years ago I moved into a house with an existing solar array and recently chose to add a battery to the setup. After looking around and making a lot of enquiries I found Ceiba, and I'm so glad I did. From the time of my first enquiry to the weeks following the installation of my Tesla Powerwall Ceiba have been nothing but excellent. The office team are often the unsung heroes of a good service company and that's very much the case with Ceiba. Add to this the expertise, courtesy and efficiency of the engineering team and it makes for an outstanding company. Ceiba had a number of online information / Q&A sessions which were really helpful, and I also had two video calls with their team prior to the install. I'm in Fort William so that made like easier all round. The install itself proved to be more tricky than first thought because of the difficulty of finding a suitable place for the earth-rod, but they persevered and found a spot, though it meant more work for them and a lot of digging up of the garden. It's to their great credit that they filled and covered the required channel such that there's no evidence of it at all. All in all, it was one of the best experiences with a trade that I've ever had. I've had two follow ups from them as well, which was much appreciated. If you have any doubts about Ceiba - just go ahead and book them in!

Professional Company - neat and tidy install
Ceiba Renewables were very professional to deal with from enquiry right through to install. They arrived when they said they would and completed the install in the time stated - even although it was one of the coldest weeks of the year! They installed 15 panels, a Tesla Powerwall, an EDDI and a ZAPPI. The panels look great and the Powerwall install and associated solar hardware was installed very neatly. They made sure everything was working as it should before they left - there was some difficulty getting the ZAPPI to talk to the HARVI, turned out it was too far away so they had to switch to using the EDDI as the master unit - everything then worked as it should. Very impressed with the company and their employees. They are not the cheapest but use the best hardware and do a very neat install. I believe they are worth the extra.

PV system design, installation and aftercare
Ceiba have just completed the installation of an additional 8 PV panels at my home following previous installs of PV panels and a Tesla Powerwall. This is a great company to deal with. Absolute client/customer focus. They supplied a quality product and provided an excellent design, install and aftercare service. Highly professional team
Ceiba installed 30 solar panels, two Tesla Powerwalls, and a Zappi charger together with all the ancillary equipment, for us at a remote location in Argyll. Notwithstanding some pretty challenging weather, travel and site conditions, everything was done in a thoroughly professional and tidy manner. The team were well prepared and went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed on time and within budget. Communications with Ceiba have been prompt and helpful both pre- and post- install.

Another great installation
This is the second installation that Ceiba has undertaken for us. They added a second Tesla Powerwall to our Solar/battery setup. We were impressed with the first installation and more than happy with the service this time. Communication and after sales service is excellent and the both installations went ahead as planned on the dates promised. Highly recommended.

Another excellent Ceiba installation
The Ceiba team installed my Tesla Powerwall having installed solar panels in February 2022 and as ever the service was excellent. The preparation from the office team in advance was detailed and very clear. The onsite team were friendly, polite and very tidy. Simon also sorted out some issues on my consumer board, a result of a rogue electrician not doing his job properly (which he also did the first time he visited!). The advice on setup was excellent as always and I would highly recommend the Ceiba team for high quality, technically excellent service.

Excellent service
Ceiba just completed the installation of our 10 solar PV panels and the Tesla Powerwall and Gateway. The whole experience from the outset was thoroughly professional , from the initial enquiry until the completion of the installation. We initially chose to contact them because they were recommended by Which, and they lived up to the high standard we were led to expect. There were some issues at our end about scheduling the installation, but Ceiba were very accommodating. All the guys who did the installation were very helpful and knowledgeable, including Chris the roofer and Simon and Douglas who installed and commissioned the Powerwall and Gateway, and who were very keen to explain the installation and operation of the system, and the setting up of the app. Romina and Gemma have both also been very helpful in sorting out the installation dates, payment arrangements etc. The cost of the system may have been a but higher than you could find elsewhere, but I believe that Ceiba have given us a high quality product and great service representing very good value. Overall, we are very pleased with the whole experience, and would certainly recommend - in fact have already done so.

Brilliant from start to finish
