"Chris took on a partly built extension, something builders usually run a mile from! He stuck with it through some very testing times (outside of his control) and has got it through to completion. Quoting was itemised and very clear and he stuck with it throughout. Lots of good input to the project and thinking of things which hadn't occurred to me. He dealt very well with building control and kept me up to date along the way. My only negative would be keeping the site tidy, however it was a (uninhabited) building site and I'm a bit OCD on that score :-) Overall would recommend."
