Colin was quick to respond and have us a detailed quote and explained all possibilities. He was then available to do the work sooner than he mentioned which suited us. During the work he was professional and approachable throughout. On completion of work he went through all the possibilities and when to call him back if we needed him. Very satisfied

Colin was amazing. He got in touch with me really quickly and scheduled a visit for the next day. We had a suspected carbon monoxide leak from our Aga oven and the gas to our property was switched off. After posting the job on Check a Trade, Colin rang to see if he could help. We talked through the issue and, while he’s not an Aga specialist, he offered to come out to have a look at the job and try to get our boiler back up and running and isolate the Aga gas supply so we could at least have hot water and heating again. Tidy, polite, prompt and good value - would highly recommend!

Thorough investigation completed and all the options for repair were explained well. Appreciate the good communication and updates. Boiler is working as it should now.
