From the first contact, the team helped me through the design of the system and were always on hand to answer and questions right through to install and handover. You simply can’t afford to take chances with security, and honestly and integrity go a long way. Further, the alarm and CCTV systems installed were exactly what we wanted and good value for money. Excellent job

My insurer insisted that I had an intruder alarm fitted so I found this company through Which? and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient they were and how little disruption or mess was involved. Unfortunately the number of burglaries locally has been rising and the alarm gives me greater peace of mind when I am away or out. In addition it is reassuring to set the alarms in the downstairs of the house when I go to bed and to know they will be triggered if there is an intruder. I equipped the work people and neighbours who have keys with which to turn off the alarm and all has gone smoothly.

A Thoroughly Professional Approach Despite Short Notice

Our wireless security system failed at a critical time, and, because it was old, it needed replacing. We approached several security firms of which Connect Security was one. Nick was able to visit at short notice and conducted a thorough security survey. Our house had certain security related aspects which Nick thoughtfully considered. He involved us in planning a proposed solution. Within 24 hours we received and had accepted a quotation for the proposed work. A week later Nick and his son Tom arrived dead on time at 1000AM to start work. While Nick started fitting the system Tom carefully stripped out the old system filling in holes so practically no trace was left of the old system. They both were neat and tidy workers even equipped with their own vacuum cleaner. By 4pm the system was installed, and we had received a comprehensive briefing. We were very impressed with Nick and his Tom’s work ethic and attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend Connect Security to our friends and neighbours.

Very thorough and professional job carried out by Nick and Tom of Connect Security

We are delighted with the very thorough and professional job carried out by Nick and Tom of Connect Security. For the initial quote, Nick visited us and spent time understanding our requirements (replacing an old alarm system) and then recommending a number of options that could give us what we wanted at competitive prices. A very favourable first impression. When it came to installation, they both went the extra mile in customer service, explaining what they were doing and giving us a lot of additional confidence in the replacement system and its significant capabilities. During the install, Nick and Tom were very organised and tidied up/hoovered as they went. They spent time thoroughly testing the installed alarm system then explained the operation of the system including the use of the mobile app. Tom let us confirm our understanding of his guidance by watching us set/unset and add new users to the system, also setup and use the app. We were left with a full set of instructions and have no hesitation in highly recommending Nick and Tom of Connect Security.

A Professional Job

We have been very pleased with the way Connect Security have maintained our alarm system for many years and so recently engaged them to install a domestic CCTV system. Excellent installation

We are delighted with the excellent work carried out by Nick and Tom of Connect Security. Nick spent a considerable time understanding our requirements and then recommending the best system for us. When it came to installation, nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile in customer service ; Nick and Tom were very organised and worked extremely tidily hoovering as they went. After installation they spent more time testing and patiently explaining the operation of the system. They had even tidied up the telephone wiring and TV aerial running it into one conduit behind the downpipe. My son is buying a home nearby and he will certainly be using their services. A neighbour opposite asked about Connect Security and we have without hesitation recommended them.

Intruder alarm system

Connect Security visited to ascertain and specify our security needs and provided clear recommendations and a detailed quotation. Prior to going ahead we clarified with Nick any queries we had which were clearly addressed. Nick and Tom installed the intruder alarm system and took particular care to minimise any disruption to internal decoration. At all times they were polite and efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

Great Company, lovely people, great service

My old burglar alarm system needed replacement and I wanted to find a company I could trust. Connect Security, Nick and Tom, provided the most outstanding service, listening to my requirements, advising on the best solutions and carrying out the job on the date and to the timescale and cost as agreed. They were so organized, nothing was overlooked, and they left my home as they found it, even after drilling through walls, lifting carpets etc. Everything was so well explained to me about how to use the system. Right from the start of the job it was clear that Connect Security would offer a personalised service tailored to our specific requirements. Highly recommended father and son team

Connect Security were recommended to me by a neighbour and I am delighted to say that Nick and Tom were every bit as professional, knowledgeable, efficient and prompt as I was assured they would be. Absolutely reliable

I have used this company before to install a burglar alarm so I went ahead with installation of a video security system. This is a small company and currently consists of mainly a father and son. I found them by recommendation from neighbours for whom they had also installed an alarm. They are absolutely reliable. They are straight, transparent, and the equipment they recommend is good quality and the result is an excellent system. Absolute recommendation. Good communications. Understandable quote. Installation exactly as agreed. What more could you want?
