C&W Direct replaced nine casement windows, one bow window, and both the front and back doors of my house. Their quote was excellent compared to others, it reflected my needs without pressure and they gave great advice where i needed. Additionally, I needed lintel installation and repairs for my bow window, which they happily accommodated in the quote. When the work started, I miscalculated my availability and had to reschedule at the last minute. They rearranged everything quickly and graciously, even though it was my error. During the project, unforeseen issues arose that required extra work. Brickwork was necessary for the lintel installation, and the bow window needed extensive repairs. Despite the additional cost, it was very reasonable. All the staff were friendly and punctual. My installer Jack, along with Mitch, did a fantastic job, maintaining a high standard and a cheerful attitude despite the challenges.
C&W direct from start to finish excellent customer service. We had 5 windows fitted Jack and Mich are fab there attention to detail is absolutely amazing. Thank you all so very much ❤️
I’m very impressed with the service and the people in the company,the fitters are very professional and kind hearted and got the job done efficiently and without mess. I’m also very pleased with the outcome of the conservatory and the whole process of it being fitted. I highly recommend the company as a whole and will definitely be a returning customer!
Beautiful windows (had the front done last year, done the back this year!), excellent service from initial quote through to follow up check. Great deal & couldn’t have asked for better!
We have just had the whole house fitted with new windows and doors. We were extremely happy with both the process and the build. John was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the whole process with everything documented. The actual build is well managed by Lee, Jack and Mitchell, and they arrived when they advised and did a thorough and professional job. Would highly recommend this company.

A great service from start to finish. The booking went to plan, on time and very professional, all deliveries were on time, Russell and his team were on time every day and hoovered and tidied up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the end result and would recommend the company for jobs going forward.
So pleased with my conservatory and new canopy I am glad we called in the showroom (didn’t realise how lovely it was very surprised how big it was) to have a look at what we wanted the staff were excellent and very knowledgeable we chose what we wanted then within 7weeks we had our new conservatory and canopy the builders, fitters and tradesmen were absolutely second to none very trustworthy and approachable they really worked hard and we would recommend anyone to to go to Conservatorys &windows direct, Brilliant

In December 2024, we had four large windows and a composite door installed by C&W Direct. We were very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the company. The whole process from initial interest, quote, survey , delivery and installation worked like clockwork. They arrived on the date and time that was set. We were given a portfolio of information, which included product details, contract and also how the process was going to work. The window and door fitters were lovely. They were friendly, polite and got the work done in good time. They did a great job of installing the products and clearing up after themselves. Lee, the installation manager was great. He kept us up to date and answered any enquiries we had. Lee was very accommodating when we had to make a change. We can honestly say this is the first time a home project went exactly as it should from start to finish. We would highly recommend C&W Direct company from our experience.
C&W Direct have replaced our conservatory and we have been really pleased by the whole process from quote to fitting. The fitting team worked extremely hard to complete the job and ensured the area was clean and tidy at all times. We did identify a couple of minor issues but they were resolved by the service team within a few days. Overall the company provides an excellent quality service. We would have no hesitation in using them again.
A first class job done by a skilful and friendly team. We had 5 existing very old windows replaced with new ones and Russell, Marcus, Miles & Adam all went the extra mile to make it as easy as possible. The team worked very hard, tidied up as they went along and were friendly and polite at all times. Thank you!

Had French doors fitted. Replaced a window knocking the surrounding wall out and fitting the doors. Good job.
Work carried out swiftly and to a very high standard. All fitters, builders, plasteterers and electricians were very polite and tidy. Highly recommend.
