Coraff Flooring

I approached Coraff after finding them on Which Trusted Traders. I had asked for quotes from a couple of other businesses, but as soon as I started working with Coraff I knew that I’d be choosing them if the quote was competitive. Naved helped me with selecting a flooring that suited my needs. I was adamant that I wanted wood, but I also wanted it to work in my kitchen. Naved suggested a waterproof wood and we worked through the color and plank sizes together. The quote was competitive, thorough and quick, including a plan of the area with detailed measurements. It included a new subfloor based on some irregularities in my current subfloor. The installation team were really great. They were very respectful of my home, included me in problem solving and checked whether I liked any irregular planks (I loved them) so that I was 100% happy with the result. They found solutions so that I didn’t need the new subfloor and so I saved a significant amount which was immediately deducted from my final invoice. I decided against replacing my very old skirting boards and the beading they used looks seamless. I had one snagging issue and Naved was extremely easy to deal with, scheduling a quick return visit at my convenience. Overall Coraff were wonderful to deal with and had the most appealing and innovative assortment of flooring options. My new floor has totally transformed my home. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to friends and family.

Our main bedroom carpet was replaced on 10th June 2021 as agreed beforehand. The team arrived on time and finished the work with great care and precision. Two young guys were very clean with their work. They were also very polite and helpful. This was our second commission with Coraff in three years' time and on both occasions, we found their professionalism and customer care second to none. We highly recommend them if you are after a problem and hassle free work to be carried out.

It was quite a small job that I wanted done - one shortish flight of stairs plus some re-stretching of an existing carpet. I wanted to match the carpet on the landing below which I had bought at least 15 years earlier. I dealt with Paul Abbott and he made no difficulties about tracing the carpet I wanted and ordering it, unlike some other companies who quoted for the same job. Coraff's pricing was also reasonable. Paul was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. The carpet fitter was also very pleasant to have in the house and did an excellent job, both with the new carpet and with re-stretching the old one. I would certainly go straight back to them again for further jobs.

needed new carpets fitted in middle of lockdown. Naved was very helpful, firstly promptly coming over to assess the property (which was empty at the time). We had an idea of what kind of carpet we wanted and Naved showed some good samples and was able to source the one we wanted from Cormar, with quick delivery time and a good price. The layers did a very good job fitting the carpet and I was very happy with the final product.

I was recommended Coraff by an interior designer and they have not disappointed. They offered a great initial appointment to review colours and styles of carpet, and were able to offer me a competitive price. The fitting time was very quick, and the fitters were really nice guys - very clean and efficient, and did an excellent job. Thank you!

Excellent and patient staff at Coraff. We had difficulty in finding suitable flooring for our new kitchen and entrance hall. Paul and Naved were exceptionally patient and understanding and nothing was too much for them. We took many samples and ordered larger pieces of Amtico until we finally made a decision. We so appreciated the patience and calm of the choosing process. The team of fitters attended punctually on the designated date and the process of fitting over 60 square metres of Amtico took 5 days. The fitting team were excellent and have much experience in laying Amtico. Everything was explained in advance and the final outcome is superb. We were most satisfied with our service and would highly recommend Coraff.
