They took in their stride all the inevitable problems that arose, as well as being respectful of the property and its elderly owner. Everyone from the boss to the engineers to the office staff were so kind. This is the way to run a company!"
"It was dark, it was well out of hours and Carl had his engineer Tim to us within 15 minutes to repair our under warranty failed boiler pump. Tim had the part on his van and ensured the system was fully operational after new part fitted. Well deserved reputation."
