I'd received a few quotes prior to stumbling upon Crown Paving so I knew what I wanted & didn't want. Patrick was friendly, polite & didn't try to change my mind about what I wanted or tell me what he thought I should get like some people had previously. His men were quick, courteous & left surrounding areas clean at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when I had changes midway through them laying the driveway! Patrick has been available during & after installation. Tarmac was laid between my drive & the pavement which proved too tempting for the child who decided to walk along it whilst wet. A quick call to him & the footprints were soon filled. Too many companies are accessible prior to payment & then unavailable once they've received your money. This hasn't been the case here & Patrick is only content when the customer is happy so does all he can to ensure this. They returned in mid January to jetwash the drive & it now looks even better!

I obtained Patrick details from somebody who used Crown Paving for their driveway and explained what we required. I had a very good feeling the very first time I met with Patrick, he has the right approach,attitude,passionate about his work and eye for details.He is not interested in just getting your money, he is more focussed in delivering a very good service.When Patrick told me he will start the work on Tuesday, I was somewhat apprehensive, but when I came home and saw the work carried out although it was initial stage ,I was already delighted and very confident about Crown Paving.He said he will finish the project in 3 days and he indeed did leaving us within only 3 days with a brand new well designed driveway. Even our neighbours complimented and were amazed how speedily the job was done.
