I emailed a couple companies for a quote to install a cat flap in our patio window and Chris was the only one to reply back quickly and also offered to come over to measure up, whereas the other companies requested that I needed to provide them with the measurements. Very good response time and kept me up to date with the work to be done. Very friendly chap and would recommend anyone to use this company."

Chris Smith or Chris James (he goes by several names) previously of CSHI Windows and Doors has changed his company name in October 2023 to CSHI (SW) Ltd because he owes us £11000 from a deposit we paid to him in April 2023. He is trying to avoid us letting other people know through legitimate reviews that he has taken our money for a job not started. We have tried to be patient and understanding but have been backed in to this corner now of making this public. If anyone had £11000 of their money stolen in this way they would feel they had no choice either.
WARNING UNTRUSTORTHY COMPANY After months of trying to get an acceptable resolution with CSHI Windows now known as CSHI SW LTD. Nov 22 agreed for Chris Smith to work on house and as being booked up in advance agreed to wait until Spring 2023 for him to begin. He asked us for a £13k deposit to hold job. Since Aug we've been trying to get our money back as Chris suddenly pulled out and said he couldn't do the job and says we have to ask his ex wife for money back. We've never met Hayley Smith. Gave Chris Smith £13k in good faith and he has stolen it. Now blocked us. Taking legal advice. BE WARNED
