DG Carpentry and Property Maintenance

Incompetence and total disregard for our property. The contractor Darren Goss walked off the job without completing it when Building Control attended site and it failed an inspection for lack of compliance to building regulation standards . Throughout his time on site, he failed to provide sufficient documentation or engage with Exeter Building Control along the way. No consideration for ventilation or appropriate insulation throughout, including lack of sufficient materials with fire protective properties of the cladding, flat-roof and other associated materials. We are now left in limbo.

Very friendly and helpful and tidy and worked was carried out well and happy with what they provided

First class craftsmanship, great communication and a brilliant end product. We would definitely use again and recommend to our family and friends. Thank you DG building and property maintenance, fantastic job.
