“I was going to wait until the job was finished but guess I will do another review then. We are in the unfortunate situation of needing repair after a failed installation. Kos was quick to contact us and then visit. He started work today with an assessment and getting parts. He worked so hard today, only stopping for coffee (we did make sure we had the right brew), and kept going. We have lots of photos and an explanation that will help us with the previous installer with a difficult conversation for them. Just superb work today. It has restored my faith, good people are out there.”
