Kos was quick to contact us and then visit. He started work today with an assessment and getting parts. He worked so hard today, only stopping for coffee (we did make sure we had the right brew), and kept going. We have lots of photos and an explanation that will help us with the previous installer with a difficult conversation for them. Just superb work today.
