Once agreed the date was set. They arrived on-time, were extremely thorough and tidy. Their decades of experience and attention to detail assured us the work was to the highest standard and specification. Prior to their arrival communications went smoothly and left nothing overlooked. failed to find a really simple fault with our sockets, and tried to claim a full rewire would be necessary… didn’t even check every socket or methodically check to isolate an area or problem. Left claiming we had a “big problem on our hands” and no resolution Had a different electrician visit who found the issue within an hour and had it fixed and future proofed in 2…

I saw Chris was recommended by other locals and glad he was. He was informative and gave good advice. Replied promptly. Was available to come and quote quickly. We had some new up/down photocell lights fitted outside and a new double plug socket in the garage. We will be looking to use him again in future.

Brilliant from start to finish, communication was great and kept me informed on every stage , the job involves a lot of mess but Chris kept this too a minimum, due to issues with a kitchen fitter the job was extended for a number of weeks , Chris was very flexible and fitted us in really quickly to finish the job!
