Requested a quote several months ago. Advised them several months ago that the work had been authorised. Spoke to the same person who gave quote on his mobile. He passed me off to the office, only to be met with a very rude and ignorant female, who clearly does not enjoy her job. Long story short I went to another company, several months ago who came and did the job within a week. Several months later I get a call from D Haigh, asking about the drop kerb, ( same rude female as before) I advised said work was carried out several months ago. Same rude woman replied, "YOU COULD HAVE LET US KNOW" before hanging up on me. You snooze you lose. Terrible service.

After being fobbed off for many weeks and lack of communication we decided to go with another company. Office staff are rude and the customer service is seriously lacking.

I would not use them again, they ripped up my concrete drive by removing massive chunks with a digger, then threw it to the ground to break it, they should have Jack hammered it into smaller pieces , the whole house was shaking, they cracked a dividing wall because they couldnt be bothered to skill saw the concrete adjacent to it before taking up the concrete

I most certainly would not have them do a job on my property They laid a tarmac drive for a neighbour across the road, they Used a picker on a small digger to remove the concrete, at one point they were picking up massive lumps of concrete with the digger then dropping them on the ground to break them up the houses were shaking, they should have broken the concrete into small pieces with the picker first. they knocked the neighbours wall down and there were cracks down the wall in other places which they refused to accept responsibility for, a skilled tradesman would have cut down the concrete with a skill saw adjacent to the wall, before breaking it up , on the plus side they did rebuild part of the wall, but my neighbour told me they refused to acknowledge they had caused cracks further on
