He was very polite and courteous upon the initial call and all subsequent calls and arrangements were carried out on the promised dates and time. He advised of the relevant solutions and gave us the option to choose whichever we were comfortable with. The necessary arrangements were made to carry out the work and it was done efficiently and to a very high standard. All in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend. "A very positive experience for me from start to finish. Dave initially popped round to have a look at the problem with my shower. He immediately put me at ease with his manner, and discussed options with me with no pressure. I opted to have it replaced. Whilst waiting for him to be available to do it I also encountered a problem with the silicone around my bath, which wasn’t a straightforward job to redo due to the gap between the back wall and bath. Despite the short notice from me, Dave happily fixed this too. All at a very fair price. No complaints from me and very happy to recommend."
