Highlights
"The tradesman started work early February 2022, the work went on longer than anticipated due to him having a family medical emergency and the weather at that time. I was satisfied at that time with what I saw, (I didn’t know any better, not having a builder or roofer to check with). The problems came to light approximately a month ago, when I noticed that the guttering over the porch was sagging, I contacted a tradesman (unable to contact original company) who came out last week. I was expecting a minor repair, but was told the whole lot needs to be replaced as the lengths of guttering are too short, more supports and joints are necessary and the quality of the guttering is rubbish anyway. I managed to contact a builder/roofer who has looked at it also, he agreed that the guttering needs replacing also, luckily the fascia and soffits are ok, the repointing needs redoing (this is especially annoying as the main reason I picked D+L home improvements was the fact that he had a scaffolding"

"Dean did excellent work in difficult conditions, it was very stormy at the time, and some days it was it was not safe for him to be working high up. So the job lasted longer than originally thought but he always let me know if he was not able to work on the day due to weather"
