We have had a very longstanding problem with visible damp patches on one of the chimney breasts in our Victorian house. We sought advice from several contractors, but couldn’t seem to get a credible diagnosis of the issues. The survey process itself was excellent. We asked Simon to conduct a damp survey in our rented flat due to signs of mould. He reviewed the flat with us and took time to understand our concerns.
