This is the second time I have personally used Rutland and Co and they have been excellent. Very transparent with the pricing options and the works were undertaken on time, on budget and to an excellent standard. I will be using them in the future!
We asked for a brick path in the garden to replace the existing lawn, with uneven curves on either side, that widened into a seating area before it reached the back fence. The garden is also, awkwardly, only accessible through the house. David Rutland were happy to take on the job. Communication was very smooth, the quote was clear and competitively priced. The work was carried out on time, neatly, and with patience when moving materials through the house. And the guys doing the work were great. A year later, it's still looking as good as new. I highly recommend them!
