“Dean visited first to explain the boiler replacement process. I got a quote plus timetable so I could clear the area/plan for temporary loss of hot water. From the start he was friendly and professional in his work. He had an impressive range of kit and cleared away well between shifts, so apart from no hot water I wasn’t further inconvenienced. There were some unrelated plumbing issues which meant extra cost, but he handled them quickly and efficiently. At the end Dean was very helpful with Baxi forms and warranty, in fact he largely dealt with it himself. I would definitely use DAW again.”
