Nathan was great. He originally meant to come with a colleague but did the work himself. The work is outstanding and he was able to provide me with some extra materials for a different project. He finished the original work and was due to come back to do more work after his holiday. But then we have had absolutely no contact from him since. I've tried calling and messaging multiple times for receipts and to find out when we can book him back in, but nothing. If you do get hold of him, I stand by his work, but you may not hear from him afterward. I'm disappointed but hopefully, he'll make it up

Initially I was really impressed but sadly that feeling didn’t last long. When the cement set I was able to open the new sewer cover. I was shocked to find that the ‘airtight sewer cover’ was anything but airtight. Along the entire length of one side of the sewer cover was a 10cm gap. You could literally put both hand directly down into the open sewer. In addition one end was held up by a piece of scrap wood, not very professional. Despite several texts and calls promising to fix these problems - nearly 2 months later, I’m still waiting. So disappointing given my initial experience.

Cannot speak highly enough about Nathan and his team. They were always prompt, courteous and hard working. They quoted a fair price and stuck to it. Nathan was even there on Sunday morning to make sure everything was in order for the work to start on Monday. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for a great job done !
