He arranged a timetable with us and organised the other trades (plaster, sparks, tiler) . Everything went smoothly and everyone turned up when they said they would, and every night the work areas were left clean and tidy. We are absolutely delighted with the results. We would recommend Gavin to anyone who needs a professional hard working tradesman.”

We used Gavin to fully refurbish our en-suite and cloakroom. From start to finish we trusted Gavin with the design and went with his recommendations. Gavin has carried out work on our home for the last 8 years or so. New wetroom initially, Heating system and Hot Water. Pressurised system with a Large Mega flow water tank. The quality of his work has always been to a very high standard and price has always been fair. Gavin has also carried out minor faults/repairs under warranty as we had a couple of valves fail which was a manufacturer fault known in the industry. He has since installed another shower room, radiators in new extensions and I stalled 3 wet rooms and toilets in our indoor Swimming pool. Plus all the heating and main water links from the main house to the Pool. He has also supplied hot water units to our workshop and garage. We have a quote from Gavin for our heating at our seaside house which I hope will start March ‘23. I highly recommend Delegate Heating and Plumbing. Honest and reliable which is what we all want.
