My house was lovely and clean very friendly people would really recommend them
Both cleaners arrived promptly, worked thoroughly, and were both friendly and professional. My home was left spotless and smelling lovely, I’d happily recommend their service!
I hired this company for an after-build clean based on strong reviews and initial professionalism. We agreed on two cleaners for one day, but at the last minute only one arrived. I was assured the job would still be completed to a high standard. Key after-build tasks (plaster marks, dust, stickers, windows, doors) were disputed or left incomplete. The cleaner became defensive and aggressive when I raised concerns, made inappropriate comments, and insisted on cash payment. The situation escalated unnecessarily. They may suit basic domestic cleaning, but they were unprepared for after-build.
