Why this helps you judge trust: this trader is linked to a registered company with named people who are legally accountable for it, on an official register anyone can check, a layer of accountability an unregistered trader doesn't offer. About
Dickson FitzGerald Architects is an award winning architectural practice with offices in Belfast and Donegal. The practice is managed by John FitzGerald who is a qualified architect with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial design. Set up as a family focused architectural practice the office aims to create considered and distinctive homes for our clients that respond to the uniqueness of them as individuals and the sites the houses will eventually occupy. Initial meetings with clients are informal and held, whenever possible, in the clients existing home or on the proposed site. These initial meetings are exempt from fee charges as a gesture of support to your new venture and all issues relating to the fulfilment of your new home or extension will be discussed at this time. All projects are managed by John FitzGerald personally and with over 30 years of practice he is experienced in working with clients to ensure their dreams become reality. Architects are often criticised for ignoring their clients wishes and treating commissions as vanity projects for their own benefit. This is not how we operate, we will work with you to ensure that it is your vision that becomes a reality, providing you with the benefit of our years of experience and guiding you every step of the way. Dickson FitzGerald Architects believe in not only creating beautiful homes for our clients but also the spaces around them, the practice also places great emphasis on reducing the carbon footprint of our designs. Cognisant of the fact that much of the environmental impact of a dwelling can be reduced by intelligent design we aim to create homes that sit gently into their environments. Dickson FitzGerald Architects are comfortable working at any scale of project and our expertise in design and management allows our clients to know they are receiving a top rate service with a committed team to deliver their dream home. As a qualified Conservation Architect John FitzGerald can also advise on the conversion and refurbishment of listed or historic properties. With offices each side of the border the practice is well placed to offer their design service across Ireland and current projects in London and Glasgow see us working on projects throughout the UK. If you would like to find out more about the service the practice offers or to speak to us about a specific project please contact John on the number below, we would be delighted to speak to you.
