An annual safety check identified that remedial works were required to my boiler flue but it wasn’t clear to me exactly what was needed. Dr Gas knew straight away and even highlighted other issues that hadn’t been flagged by the original report. What could have been an extremely costly visit was mitigated by his knowledge and care and I now have a compliant flue! Very grateful to Dr Gas for the work completed and would not hesitate to recommend!

Fantastic service from Dr Gas. We needed a new boiler fitted and Naaim (apologies if mis-spelled) went across London to get the specific boiler then north to Herts to fit it. It was an urgent job and he stayed until he had completely finished, leaving at about 1am! We are so impressed and he is such a considerate and pleasant young man. He also left our house immaculate and best of all with heating and hot water!!

What a guy! All the work was done to perfect standards and he even tidied up the existing pipework which was a total mess before. Also the flue needed access from outside and he sealed and made good the existing hole in the wall. In the end he explained everything inc the guarantee and how it all worked, the Hive ap etc.

Hive thermostat was fit quickly and neatly. Everything was explained thoroughly and we were very happy with the service.

The guys arrived early, worked hard and completed same day. They cleaned up well and showed me how to operate the new boiler. Pleased with the service.
