“An annual safety check identified that remedial works were required to my boiler flue but it wasn’t clear to me exactly what was needed. Dr Gas knew straight away and even highlighted other issues that hadn’t been flagged by the original report. What could have been an extremely costly visit was mitigated by his knowledge and care and I now have a compliant flue! Very grateful to Dr Gas for the work completed and would not hesitate to recommend!”
“Fantastic service from Dr Gas. We needed a new boiler fitted and Naaim (apologies if mis-spelled) went across London to get the specific boiler then north to Herts to fit it. It was an urgent job and he stayed until he had completely finished, leaving at about 1am! We are so impressed and he is such a considerate and pleasant young man. He also left our house immaculate and best of all with heating and hot water!!”
“What a guy! All the work was done to perfect standards and he even tidied up the existing pipework which was a total mess before. Also the flue needed access from outside and he sealed and made good the existing hole in the wall. In the end he explained everything inc the guarantee and how it all worked, the Hive ap etc.”

A massive thank you to Dr Gas, he provided an an amazing service whilst replacing our boiler. Our old boiler was a mess and there was an intense blockage, but Dr Gas went above and beyond to install our new boiler as soon as possible. He was extremely neat and tidy, clearly explained how to use the new boiler once installed and was very professional. I have used Dr Gas for a few years. He services my boiler yearly, he has repaired my boiler when it broke, he has fixed a gas leak, he’s put in new radiators and done new gas pipe work. Nayim and colleague arrived promptly at 10am and worked hard until late in the evening. They encountered added extras that needed attending to and did not seem phased. I was impressed by their professionalism, expertise, patience and polite personalities and felt comfortable with them in my home, which is refreshing. I am so pleased with my new boiler and its a big improvement on the old one I inherited when I moved into my flat. The booking was so easy and a fantastic price. Thank you for your hard work and I would not hesitate to recommend you.

From ordering our boiler to installation, everything was easy and perfect. Nayim the installation guy was really courteous, polite and hard working during the 7 hours he was here, especially as an extra piece of work needed to be done in order for the boiler to run efficiently. Tidied up everything and gave instructions on how to use. Would recommend to others.
