After contacting the company Sal (Engineer) was helpful and prompt in organising a visit, arriving during that eta period and diagnosing the problem with recommendations. He's definitely a professional/knowledgeable in his field of work. Had all his equipment and tidyed up after himself.
Sal is very knowledgeable and efficient, his work is carried out to high standards, makes sure everything is safe and correctly working before completion. 5* service.
