Alex did an excellent job for us. He identified an issue in our drains that was missed or deliberately overlooked by engineers from Thames Water. He was thoroughly professional, polite and efficient. I would not hesitate to have him back again.
We had some issues with an external drain over filling with excess rainfall. Alex visited and did a CCTV survey immediately pointing out where the issue was occurring. He recommended a simple solution and revisited about a week later to install the valve. We would highly recommend Alex and will certainly use him again if needed.
