It was time for annual service of Boiler they installed sometime ago now and this time it was to be a deep clean and replacement of a certain item and it would take some time to do everything. Boiler has been working excellently for many years. A deep clean it certainly was. They are always very thorough and provide a very good customer service. Will always use GHPS for any problems
The work was carried out very efficiently but attendance for various aspects of the work, involving different workers, was sporadic.
I was so grateful to find Paul, who replaced my shower pump so efficiently. There was no mess to clear up afterwards, as he took care of that too - not all plumbers & builders are as diligent! I would definitely recommend this company.
Leaking kitchen mixer tap replaced by Aaron, who did a very clean, very efficient, and reasonably-priced job. He did this while under intense scrutiny from our two nosey cats!

Had boiler serviced and other heating issues looked into and all sorted out on the day, really polite and professional engineer, would recommend and use again
GHPS were amazing. A 92 year old was scammed out of a lot of money and left with a leaking and useless shower. GHPS unblocked their work schedule and sent Aaron the next day to look at the damage done and how to fix it. The next day he presented a clear plan and pricing that showed they were going to do the work “at cost”. The owner also chipped in and did some of the free on his own time. The humanity they showed goes well beyond the norm. It goes without saying the work was done efficiently and to a high standard, including adding a seat and rail to make the shower more usable. I cannot recommend GHPS highly enough for their professionalism and heart.
GHPS have done all my plumbing and heating works for many years. They are a great team, experts in their field and their customer service is fab too - I trust them explicitly and would not use anyone else.

Everything was done well, including communication with the company's adminstration office, who were friendly and efficient. Punctual!
GHPS has worked for us for the last five years looking after our boilers and plumbing. It’s essential to my garage that things are always in top form for our audits for the manufacturers we work for directly and GHPS are always on hand whenever we need them . Would highly recommend to anyone.
We have used GHPS for years, they were referred by our neighbour when we moved into the year (general boiler services etc..). Yesterday Aaron helped complete a tricky bath install due to tight doorframes because our house is older. He did a fantastic job, service is always great would highly recommend.
I looked up GHPS on Trust a Trader and was glad I did. Kelly was very accommodating on the phone and even rushed an appointment for me before the weekend. Paul came later that day and found our burst pipe with minimum fuss before repairing. Very helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
GHPS have done all our plumbing and heating work for me and my family for years - they are brilliant - they always go the extra mile which is why I always refer them to other people - highly recommend!
