“I submitted request for help on Sunday. Draingain called at 7:15 on Monday, and appreciated our anxiety (I am 83 with heart failure, my wife is 81). They agreed to come the very next day, and did come first thing on Tuesday morning, and sorted the problem calmly without any fuss. They also assured us that the elderly pump was still in good condition and no need for replacement. DrainGain was professional, caring; no pressure on us for extra work or new equipment. Their fee was very reasonable, very much lower than later quotes from other firms, which couldn't come for anothe 10 days!!”
