Troy fitted a new tap for us; so many tradespeople didn't even respond to our initial enquiries. Troy replied quickly, turned up to give a quote when he said he would, turned up to do the work when he said he would. Good value, professional, gave us some free advice too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - brilliant customer service! Thanks Troy!
Efficient and friendly service. Troy went all out to sort the issues, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
Troy from DT plumbing came out to assess and discuss the job and check for any issues, pointing out that our water pressure is quite low, which we were aware of, and knew what to expect. He then quoted for the job which fell within the range we had envisaged. He gave us a timeframe, when he could fit us in, and nearer that time, we arranged a day. The job was carried out quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. Troy is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy who cleans and tidies as he goes along. The water pressure concern was no problem at all to us. Compared to our old gravity fed tank, our new unvented system pumps out hot water brilliantly. I've now had to re-paint the airing cupboard because it spoilt the look of our new tank and pipework. Would definitely use Troy in the future. My wife even said he smelt nice... Not something she says about me very often!
