“I had the privilege of hiring Richard and his team to install an LPG boiler in my cabin. It wasn’t the easiest of jobs, as it was a second-hand boiler, but they offered a very fair price and carried out a full service to ensure everything was safe and working properly. There were also some challenges with the flue positioning due to neighbouring properties, but once again they handled the issue professionally and found an effective solution by routing the flue up through the roof, causing no problems at all. They are a family-run business and clearly take pride in customer service and communication, whether by WhatsApp or phone call which is quite rare these days among tradespeople.”

Called Tuesday morning, quick response and job done within a few hours. Excellent service
Could not recommend Richard and the team enough. I had communication all throughout the whole process, which was super appreciated the urgency of the work. Regan could not have been more accomodating when he arrived to do his checks, and fitted the work in for us to ensure a super quick turn around. Will be certainly using this EMB again and recommending my family do as well.
I have depended on Rich and his team for five years now for both my private and tenanted properties. I have one particularly complex system which Rich has gone out of his way to work out, understand, and offer advice, always with affordability on the agenda. The back office team are friendly and responsive. I’ve never had to wait for work to be done. They come when they say they will come. I really couldn’t ask for any more of a trade.

I accepted a quote from East Midlands Boilers for a new boiler install and relocation to the loft. I also had 7 new radiators as well. I’m impressed with the professionalism and service from the team. They provided some advice and guidance on how what we needed. They turned up at the time they were meant to and cleaned up after themselves. Just keep plenty of cups of tea on the go :) Thanks again. Would use again in the future!

We have used E.M.B.R to service our boiler for years now after after they installed radiators with all new pipework all around our house. The work they have done and continue to do is brilliant. They are efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very neat.
