"Fantastic service. Punctual, extremely knowledgable and essentially willing and able to problem solve when other things didn’t go quite in order. Always friendly and understanding with the other trades to keep things moving. I project managed this whilst actually living in the property and going to work every day. It was essential that I had the right people. Very happy with the service from start to finish and happy with the charge too, no surprises at the end. Shall definitely be hiring this company again when the time comes."

Daughter purchased house in Dec which has a safety check in August. On reflection the test is pointless ? Shower switch not properly connected and totally burnt out causing shower to cut out. Switch not only not connected to backbox, exterior showed signs of burning. Inside was "fire damaged" and fell apart. Garage has a double socket, with both exterior earth pins showing burn issues + 32amp commando socket totally burnt out all way more than a few months of use. Contacted encore. Who initially replied, until I raised the problem.. then nothing.
