He removed the faulty fan, safely capped the wires, and advised that the original installation was done incorrectly and would need extra work. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism and clear explanation. He didn’t charge a call-out fee and wasn’t pushy at all. Very polite, helpful and trustworthy - would happily contact him again when I’m ready to proceed.”
