Alan fitted a boiler for me in August. First of he never arrived when he was supposed to, he then came the next day and started the job, spread it over 3 days when it should’ve been done in 1.5 days. Central heating pipe connected to boiler burst open in the middle of the night gushing out water. He claims he has moved to Riyadh and can’t help me. I have paid someone else to sort the pipe out and they have advised me my boiler warranty is also void as he hasn’t sealed the flue which is against regulations. Nor has he fitted a mag filter which I paid for. Since messaging him he has now blocked
