"Neil was great at communicating. Initially he sent one of his colleagues out who gave our system a full look over but couldn’t find a problem. Neil came himself the following day and quickly identified a wiring short. He replaced a couple of items efficiently and was tidy. Very friendly manner, he obviously knows his stuff and the bill was entirely reasonable. Would recommend and will probably use Neil again for a system upgrade in the future."
