Elliot visited,quoted,returned,worked, was paid,left. I turned on new Ebb and Flo mixer tap to access hot water from my trusty Sadia water heater ...nothing.. Elliot returned 1 Tried building water pressure to clear tap 2 Tried adapting tap using old tap spindle to engage water heater 3 Tried replumbing water heater Water running warm, Elliot left. I noticed lid of water heater not on properly, torch revealed large puddle underneath. Further inspection revealed two more drips around his work on water stop tap and cold flo valve. Elliot has ignored repeated telephone calls and text message
