I have used Elite Heat Management on a few occasions. From the first point of contact with jenny I felt at ease as I was reassured that they could sort the problem out . She arranged a date and time , told me the engineers name and that he would phone me to let me know he is on his way . She also told me the call out fee. I had been having problems with my boiler for a few weeks . Carl arrived on time his communication was clear I was given a couple of options but decided on a new boiler. I was contacted the next day to agree a time to suit me . Again arrived on time and got stright to work and didn’t stop till he had finished. The boiler was left clean and a tidy job. I got a bill for the amount quoted . No added expense or hidden charges. I found the whole experience great. The arriving on time, communication, professionalism, and skills shown . With out about I have and will carry on recommending Elite heat management.

Carl was helpful, reliable and got the work done quickly. He also tested the new installation a couple of times, to make sure it was working, before leaving. We were very happy with the work he did.

Elite Heat did a fantastic job replacing my boiler with a new Combi at a reasonable price. They arrived on time and left no mess, returning the next day to ensure the system was 100% clean and in working order. I would not use a more well known organisation again as I now have a maintenance plan and peace of mind.

Carl arrived as agreed. The issues were clearly understood from previous phone call and information shared with office beforehand. He explained the work being undertaken and resolved a couple of boiler issues and checked pressure before leaving. Great job! Thanks.

Everything went well with this transaction starting with my initial contact where the lady taking the call was extremely helpful and courteous right through to the operative arriving at the agreed time the same evening, weighing up the job and then agreeing a time the following day to carry out the work. The work went ahead as planned and the leaking pipe was replaced within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. All the chaps who carried out the initial inspection and subsequent work were very pleasant and happy to explain the problem and the approach to fixing it. Extremely pleased overall 👍
