“fantastic service - job ended up taking them a couple of hours more than they quoted but didnt charge me extra. Also, they fitted a drain-off point to my central heating so next time system can be drained easier, something that wasnt expected.”
“From finding a leak in old water cylinder when it started coming through ceiling. To the finishing of a full boiler conversion Carl Luke and Michael were polite friendly and appreciative of drinks provided. Our Insurance Company sent Carl out on an emergency leak problem. He drained off the cylinder advised us to keep hot water taps open until we had decided what to do next. We then asked him if replacing cylinder or going for a combi boiler would be best for us old folk. He didn't push for the work but did advise on the conversion. Carl was really professional so we asked him for a quote explaining we would want new boiler in same place as old. The quote came back with a very reasonable price so we asked for a date. They couldn't do the work until the 11th and actually asked another customer if she would wait a few days to slot us in. Luke and Michael came and did the job in 2 days removing all old tanks etc. and left the house exactly as they found it. Gillian Harwood”
“We were very lucky to have found the company 'Elite' as our combi boiler was on it's last legs. I had read the reviews on trust a trader and was impressed by what their customers had written about this company. They came on the chosen date, on time. Carl and Michael were really lovely, very professional and worked hard all day to get the job done. They booked a Cherry picker as the flew had to be reached from the roof, so I would give them a 10 out of 10 for efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. They left the place spotless as they had brought their own Henry vacuum! What more would you want from a Tradesman? One last thing, Jennifer in the office was lovely too, it was her that organised everything. So thank you to all those working for Elite Heat Management. I would definitely recommend this company.”
Outstanding work completed at my parents property by Elite Heat Management. Contacted them they attended and looked what work I required initially it was to replace a radiator, also got them to carry out a couple of other plumbing jobs that I needed doing. Sent a very reasonable quote that day and we arranged the visit. Carl attended all work carried professionally and efficiently, friendly and informative I will be contacting them for any other work that maybe need in the future. I would highly recommend this company.
Carl and Steve were very good, my father is 89 and not as confident as he once was, but they made him feel at ease and got on with the job of fitting the new Baxi Combi Boiler. Took two days, but they got it working after a few hiccups. The old system was 40+ years old. They traced a gas leak and called the gas company to carry out a repair, even helping him to access the leak. Great guys would happily recommend.
Elite Heat Management were absolutely brilliant from the initial contact with Jen, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She immediately understood our requirements and arranged for an engineer to visit us almost immediately. Terry the engineer arrived at the time promised and did an excellent job, he clearly knows his business. Even more impressive was the fact that the reports were emailed to me while he was still on our premises. Great work all round at an extremely competitive price, we can’t praise them enough and we will be using them for all our future Gas and Plumbing work.
Snow storms threatened is never when you want your boiler to breakdown. To then be let down by your boiler cover company and another company you need Elite who saved the day. Call on Tuesday and get an honest engineer assessment of our old (18-year-old) boiler and a fair price for a new replacement which was fitted and running by lunchtime the next day! They keep their promises, are good to deal with and offer old-fashioned, great service. They called before they arrived (just on time as promised the day before), did a tidy job and left the site looking better than when they arrived. They gave me a full explanation of the boiler and its 5-year warranty. They are life savers, pure and simple.
Everything went well with this transaction starting with my initial contact where the lady taking the call was extremely helpful and courteous right through to the operative arriving at the agreed time the same evening, weighing up the job and then agreeing a time the following day to carry out the work. The work went ahead as planned and the leaking pipe was replaced within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. All the chaps who carried out the initial inspection and subsequent work were very pleasant and happy to explain the problem and the approach to fixing it. Extremely pleased overall 👍

Elite Heat did a fantastic job replacing my boiler with a new Combi at a reasonable price. They arrived on time and left no mess, returning the next day to ensure the system was 100% clean and in working order. I would not use a more well known organisation again as I now have a maintenance plan and peace of mind.
Carl was helpful, reliable and got the work done quickly. He also tested the new installation a couple of times, to make sure it was working, before leaving. We were very happy with the work he did.
I have used Elite Heat Management on a few occasions. From the first point of contact with jenny I felt at ease as I was reassured that they could sort the problem out . She arranged a date and time , told me the engineers name and that he would phone me to let me know he is on his way . She also told me the call out fee. I had been having problems with my boiler for a few weeks . Carl arrived on time his communication was clear I was given a couple of options but decided on a new boiler. I was contacted the next day to agree a time to suit me . Again arrived on time and got stright to work and didn’t stop till he had finished. The boiler was left clean and a tidy job. I got a bill for the amount quoted . No added expense or hidden charges. I found the whole experience great. The arriving on time, communication, professionalism, and skills shown . With out about I have and will carry on recommending Elite heat management.
