“Our boiler went on Friday, and I got in touch with Tom through here and he came out same day to check my boiler. He was really fast she knew exactly what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and returned Tuesday and fitted it within an hour. Fast and reliable service. Extremely friendly too.”

This fitter came recommended to service a £3k fire fitted 12 months ago. Immediately after the service the fire had issues and it was subsequently examined by an independent gas fitter. It was found to have over £300 damage to the burner assembly and deemed unsafe. Despite the independent engineer report TP Gas Services provided no explanation other than to accuse the owner of causing the damage himself. When questioned on the phone Tom did not engage, refused to supply his business address and was V arrogant in response. Beware.
