After some roof leaks, Empire came out to quote for the job. Their price was competitive and they came back the next day to fix my ridge tiles. Next time it rained, there were no leaks. I since found some lead-work leaking and they replaced lead around my chimneys and valleys. Now the house is water-tight. Highly recommended. James is a nice guy to deal with and his staff are great.

I recently had a new patio installed by Empire Property Contractors, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and efficient. They turned up on time every day, kept everything clean and tidy, and the attention to detail in their work is excellent. The patio looks fantastic and has completely transformed my garden. The quality of the materials and workmanship really shows. I’d highly recommend Empire Property Contractors to anyone looking for reliable and skilled tradesmen, I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
Empire Propert Contractors came in lifted and relaid our garden patio and path, replaced a section of feathered fencing, and also removed a rotten wooden patio boundary and replaced with a beautifully rendered wall. The work has been carried out to a high standard. They suggestion to add a bricked surround for the patio, which we agreed to and it has certainly made it look a far more professional finish. We are extremely happy with the final results.
