“EPHD Services Ltd recently fitted an InSinkErator Evolution Plus 750 EC Food Waste Disposal Unit (80375) together with the InSinkErator Batch Feed Kit in our kitchen, and I could not be more pleased with the service. The plumber carried out the installation to a very high standard and made sure everything was fitted neatly and worked perfectly. He explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood how to use the system properly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly manner really stood out. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and would have no hesitation in recommending EPHD Services Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled plumber.”

I have used Martin Embrey on several occasions on maintaining and repairing my domestic heating system. Although my requirements were fairly simple I found Martin technically very able and feel confident that he could undertake larger commissions.

Martin carried out lining of a foul drain. His work was thorough and professional, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Martin was a great guy, he did everything to help us, as British Gas had left us without gas/heating/hot water for two weeks yes two weeks I couldn’t believe it, we had a completely new boiler fitted at a very competitive price, there was no messing about and the work was very clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend EPHD to anyone

Martin did an excellent job cleaning all the pipes to my radiators which had not been done properly for years. They are all boiling hot now and the boiler is working more efficiently. Would highly recommend his work.

I can't speak highly enough of Martin, he's very friendly, very punctual and always considerate when working in my house, he's been my 'go too' plumber for years and i always recommend him. He's extremely good at his job, prices very fairly and always happy to help out on whatever problems you call him with. On top of that he's great company and very friendly too. I'll always put my trust in him and have had him go to family members houses to do jobs as well. On top of all this, he's very easy to reach on the phone and will always call back whenever i can't get hold of him, which is really important and hard to find.

Martin is always cheerful and friendly. He fitted a water filter for us. He found a good position to place the filter and fitted a doubld socket to provide thr power. We were very happy with his work.

This trader was contracted to diagnose and fix our heating system. He told us we needed £900 worth of work which we duly paid. He came, but after he left the heating still didn't work and a radiator leaked all over our bedroom floor. He would not come out to fix it, he made us do it. Nor would he come to check the heating-in Dec, when we have children and someone recovering from heart surgery-he got us to take videos. He then said we needed to spend £160 more to have it fixed and had to reply in 4 hours. We were working and replied an hour after that. He has £900 of our money and the heating doesn't work. We are seeking a third party to recovery of funds.

"1) The fault that your boiler developed 4 weeks after the maintenance on your heating system was due to a faulty part on the boiler itself, this was explained previously. 2)The heating system and boiler were working as expected post works, which is why the invoice was paid, 21 days after the repairs were carried out and you followed up with an apology text for late payment. As a returning customer you were fully aware that payments are only collected when the customer is 100% satisfied. 3) In response to the leaking radiator that Lee reported 6 days post visit, this was a simple case of tightening a bleed valve on the radiator. Appropriate advice was given remotely to rectify this issue immediately. An appointment was also offered if an unsuccessful attempt was made, Lee did not respond so it was assumed that all was well. 4) With regards to the £160 you claim in your review, I have checked the estimate that you maybe referring to, number 23082, - The actual amount was £132
