“James and Matt arrived on time to replace the gas boiler as quoted. They were courteous and polite throughout. They went above and beyond when for some unknown reason the Toilet Cistern cracked. Immediately both went to source a replacement. Unfortunately they had to buy both Cistern and Bowl. Installed with no fuss. Boiler commissioned also. Thank You James and Matt for excellent Workmanship & Service. Best Regards, Paul.”

The finish is truly remarkable, real attention to detail and focus on getting things right for the long term. Focussed on customer experience, great connections across the trade and really good eye for ideas and design.
James and Matt arrived on time to replace the gas boiler as quoted. They were courteous and polite throughout. They went above and beyond when for some unknown reason the Toilet Cistern cracked. Replacing the boiler and a leaking hot water cylinder: Matt was a very tidy and competent plumber and would have him back anytime. A great job but done wel and efficiently. Thank you for a five star job.
