Extensa undertook a single storey house extension for us. The communication was excellent and the work generally smooth. When issues arose such as surprises in the ground, they were clear, transparent and available which really helped put us at ease. I have no complaints about Extensa and would happily recommend them. The lessons learned which are largely unrelated to Extensa would be to properly understand the planning system and order sliding doors early in construction to avoid delays
We had our garage done by Joe and the team with insulation and under roof storage. We were very happy with the results. Their communication was excellent in terms of responsiveness and clarity, they were very flexible and adapted to our requirements really well but also made great suggestions to address our needs which improved the final result. I would strongly recommend and will definitely work with them again for future projects.
We found Extensa through Checkatrade. We had 6 quotes, but chose them based on an expert's review of their quote. Friends said double the timeframe/budget/stress. We didn’t need to. This team have been AMAZING. Not only did they deliver on time and on budget – they have created a home that we love so much that I literally get up in the middle of the night to have a look in disbelief. They fulfilled the impossible task of getting us in for Christmas, to the highest of standards. We love every person on the team. Even my son asked Santa for a toolbox as inspo from Extensa. Thank you so much.
