Phil was very helpful in explaining the issue and providing a solution, work then carried out quickly and efficiently.
Phil accepted my job and contacted me to offer his services almost as soon as I'd posted it. We arranged a time and date for him to visit to quote for the work. He didn't turn up, didn't let me know why and hasn't had any contact with me since - ghosted! Traders like this give the good ones a bad reputation.
I was very placed with the replacement of our garage roof-such an improvement! The work was carried out with minimum disruption and any ness was cleared up. We had a small problem which was sorted straight away by Phil. Would recommend Favell Roofing to anyone who needed work doing on their garage roof!

Phil came sameday to give me a quote on 2 superannuated dormer flat rooves. One of which had developed a leak in the recent heavy rain. Arrived exactly when he said he would. Quoted the same evening as he said he would. Quote was very fair. Gave me a quick date for carrying out the work as I was concerned about the leak. Did the work at the time agreed. And all rubbish cleared first thing the next day. Very pleased with the work. Highly recommend Ed. Will definitely use again.
We had two flat roofs we that where in need of repairing, which at the end of it had to be stripped and redone. Phil kept me up to date every step of the way. Phil is very polite, he did a great job in my opinon. He was always on time, he was very tidy and there was absolutely no rubbish left behind when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Favell roofing if you have anything repairs you need doing. His pricing was also competitive

Phil quoted us for repairs to 2 flat roofs at the front and rear of our Church at Moulton. The quotes were very competitive and the although some extra work was required, particularly on the rear roof it was all completed to a very high standard with all the debris taken away and all at the quoted price. I would highly recommend Phil for any repairs that are required to flat roofs.
It was pleasure to deal with Phil from start to finish, starting with turning dead on time to provide the inital quote He did a great job on my large roof, left no mess and showed me exactly what had been done afterwards. A good job at what I consider to be a fair price for the work he and his assistant had to do over the two days. Thank You.
Phil from Favell did a brilliant of helping me in a fairly urgent situation. Our large flat roof (~5 years old) had started leaking in various places during the recent downpours, causing large stains and plaster to crack. Phil swiftly came round, diagnosed the root cause, ordered parts and put a good deal of effort into ensure a long-term repair was made. Excellent service all round.
Very prompt with quotation and keeping us up to date. On time and the work carried out to a high standard and extremely helpful. Is also now sorting us out with a long-term to install a cowel on our high chimney!
I can not tell you how pleased we are, everything that could be done to mske our roof watertight. I would recommend Flavel flat roofing to everyone. Very happy
