Michael refurbished an old roof on a mid terrace house. Professional work ethics. Competitive pricing. Great communication. Finished work in earlier than agreed dates despite unfavourable weather conditions. Did ask for approximately 27% deposit of the original quoted amount prior to work starting, although all transactions were transparent and no hidden charges until completion. Took approvals before carrying out additional / any unplanned work. Respected the property and left it clean at the end of project. Highly recommend this business for your next roofing project. Summary of work carried out : Removal of old slates Removal of old felt and batten Supply and install new breathable membrane and treated battens Re slate using original slates Supply and install new dry line ridge system Fit new lead to base of both chimneys Fit new UPVC fascias and gutters

After buying a new and very run down property this year, getting the roof replaced and watertight was my main priority. I spoke with Michael numerous times in the lead up to purchasing the property, so I knew exactly what needed to be done as soon as the sale had completed. I cannot explain how happy I am with the finished roof, what could have been a very stressful time was made totally stress free by using Norman and Son Roofing. Cannot recommend them more.

Mr Norman was very polite, punctual and a consummate professional. He was efficient in both his timings and cost of the initial estimate I received and even did extras for me like replacing gutter fixings without me even asking. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting work done
Norman & Son Roofing replaced our roof in May and did a brilliant job. The new tiles look great, really neat and professional, and they’ve given the house a fresh, modern look. The team were friendly, reliable, and worked hard to get everything done on time. They kept the area tidy while working and made the whole process stress-free. Really impressed with the quality of the finish – it feels solid and built to last. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
