After having a couple of other people to look at my porch flat roof as water was coming in, and feeling like they were trying to con me, I messaged Terry. He was very considerate as I suffer with anxiety and do not like phone calls, so we communicated via email. He came to have a look today, there was nothing obviously wrong with the flat roof, but I had a broken tile on the actual roof that he thought was causing the problem, he temporarily fixed this for me free of charge to test if that is the problem. Terry is a genuine, honest, friendly person and someone who seems very trustworthy. If the temporary fix has worked I will definitely have him back to do the permanent fix as his prices were very reasonable.
