"Excelllent experience from start to finish. Tom visited to quote, which he gave me at the end of his visit. Window was manufactured in the timescales given and he booked the work for a time that suited us. Tom kept in touch with updates and the workmen turned up at the date and time agreed, both were extremely courteous and completed the work to a very high standard with a minimum of fuss. They checked I was happy with the work and cleaned up before they left, leaving no mess. Overall I'm delighted with the job. I would highly recommend First Class Home Improvements and will use them again."

"We needed a new front door. There a was a bit of a delay in getting it ready as it had to be custom-made to fit our wider-than-usual frame. But once it was ready to install it took only two days with minimal disruption. The old doorbell was removed and not replaced, but it was cheap and easy enough to sort out myself afterward. The door itself looks fantastic, and the guys were professional and friendly throughout. Conscientious, not too loud, helpful in moving our car when it was in the way. Overall a pleasure to have around. Would recommend and use them again."
