All my dealings with the office were extremely smooth too, and I was extremely happy with the price as well as the end results. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.”

A job without a hitch
Thank you to Windows Plus for a perfect job from quotation to installation of my new, composite front door. At every stage of the process, I felt I was in good hands, from initial communication with the office staff to seeing the job completed on the day. I couldn’t fault Windows Plus on pricing or professionalism. A fitting date was arranged promptly and the fitters worked fast and efficiently, with good humour and pride in their work, taking the old door away and leaving everything tidy. Subsequently, I received receipts for my payments without having to chase anything up. Everything went exactly as it was supposed to, which is the finest endorsement I can give.

It was such a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that we felt we could trust 100%. Right from when the quote for a new conservatory was carried out until completion of the build, we were kept up-dated and advised of any issues. Carl, the buildings surveyor, ensured the work was booked in and completed to our full satisfaction. No payment was requested up-front of the work. Windows Plus had a dynamic team that worked non-stop and we were impressed at how well they all worked together. We would not hesitate to use Windows Plus again and fully recommend them.

Great windows and service
Ordered several windows and patio door from Windows Plus. Whole experience excellent with minor snagging issues (not their fault) resolved with no fuss. Very happy with quality of replacement sash windows and how they have improved the look of my property.

New Front Door
New front door fitted today, from initial enquiry have been very pressed with overall service. Door was fitted today, the engineer arrived on time and completed the job in approx 3 hours. All mess internally and externally was swept up and old door taken away. Well done Windows Plus

Highly recommended
From ordering to fitting my new front door the whole process has been seamless. I designed the door online and went to the local showroom to check out that I was happy with what I'd chosen. The surveyor came and took measurements and booked the fitting date. The fitter was exceptional..careful and respectful of my property. The door is very good quality and all in all I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic service and excellent windows, doors and porch
I would recommend this company for windows, doors and porch upgrade. The process from beginning to end was effortless, the workmen were very polite and helpful and left the house clean and tidy. There were a couple of snagging issues, such as the lock on the door needed adjustment, but this was resolved without question. Very pleased with the new windows, doors and porch, which all are of good quality, solid, A-rated, but were reasonably priced. They replaced double glazed windows that were very old and on the plus side I have already noticed the house is substantially warmer and quieter. I would certainly have them again.

Excellent work, professional team, perfect clean-up.
Excellent job with professional and friendly service. Something that stood out for me is that I'd left the net curtain supports on the old frames which would've meant replacing all the rods once the new windows were in. These guys, without being asked, took the trouble to unscrew the supports (a fiddly job) and set them safely aside for me. This, as well as their workmanship, gives me confidence in Windows Plus.
