When he visited he was fast to diagnose the problem, and when it turned out a new part was needed, found a cheaper, faster option than the manufacturer's recommendation and came back to instal it at no extra cost. Washing machine broke and filip came to fix it the same day. He replaced the heating element there and then, very reasonable fixed price and very good service. Would use again.
