Ilya from Friendly London Plumbing contacted me to discuss my request and to provide a quote. He was helpful, friendly and responded promptly to my calls and messages. Ilya arrived at the agreed time and fitted a toilet and bath taps that he had sourced for me. He also replaced the sealant around the bath and around the kitchen worktops. Ilya did a clean, professional job and went out of his way to be helpful, advising me on ways to increase the hot water pressure in my flat. I will be hiring his services again in the near future and would recommend this company to family and friends.

Ilya was great; did what other plumbers clearly were avoiding doing and replaced parts rather than just cleaning for a temp fix. Thorough job, cleaned up well, on time and great communication. Will become my new go-to plumber! Recommended, thankyou!
Ilya replaced a fitting in our bathroom which required removal and replacement of several tiles. He also re-tiled a shower and replaced fittings. He worked hard, kept us updated with any problems that arose and ultimately everything was finished to a high standard.
