The work was excellent, and I was quite satisfied with the high-quality job, I would recommend it.
They completed the electrical work, but their guys left their mess behind after each day (their takeaway boxes, McDonald bags, bottle cans and cigarette butts). After they re-wired the extension they didn’t path up the holes they had carved out in the walls to get to the wires. And when we discussed this with them, they said that it’s not their responsibility to path up the holes that they had made. Furthermore, they have made the fuse box inaccessible and because of this we are unable to get a smart reader or change out energy provider. This is also a safety issue.

Gareth was great! We had been let down by a previous electrician not showing up and had a plaster booked for the same day. Gareth came out first thing in the morning and had the work finished before the other work began. Great work and very friendly
Glen did an awkward outdoor job for us which also required a partial re-wiring of an incorrectly fitted consumer unit, which was done by a different person. He turned up at the agreed time and completed the job to a high standard and within the time he stated. He was also very clean and tidy and left no waste or unused materials. Happy to recommend him.

Gareth Jones Electrical have just completed a re wire of my mums house. Gareth had previously completed some electrical work at my property and we were completely satisfied with that work so I asked him to do my mums job. The work that was completed was done in the time frame that had been given. This was amazing given the difficult circumstances that Gareth worked in. The house had 60+years of belongings in and it was difficult to get round. Gareth never complained he got on with the job in a professional manner. The work was completed, the rubbish was removed and Gareth cleaned up after. There were no hidden cost or surprises and the the quote was what we paid.
